- I need to fix my sleep for a longer duration to see what kind of difference a consistently good quality/quantity makes, I've never focused on sleep for long so I don't know how significant it is for me, I do however think theres probably a large variation of sleep need across individuals
- Strict Schedule accounting for 7-9 hours sleep (aim for 9 if you wake up after 7 get up early)
- Dark and cool room
- Spend 1 hour on relaxing recreational activities before bed
- No caffeine after 2pm
- No heavy meals 3 hours prior to sleep
- 30 minutes of exercise daily
- Overhead lights as dim as possible 2 hours prior to sleep
- No computer for 1 hour before sleep
- No liquids one hour prior to sleep

- Learning more about stock trading algorithms makes me think with a few more tweaks I could significantly improve my existing script (it's currently making around 1-2% daily) but I need to write benchmarks for it first so I can get good data.
- If I send a message or an email and someone decides to skim read it or use an AI tool to summarise it then it's easy to say that persons lazy but it's probably more accurate to say I wrote a bad message or email, the message is whats incentivising them more than laziness
